Shipping Method
All our orders are dispatched using China Post or DHL/FedEx/UPS. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped, allowing you to monitor the progress of your parcel.
Delivery Areas
Generally, we ship worldwide, except for remote countries and regions and areas that cannot be delivered due to force majeure factors such as war or natural disasters.
Shipping Costs
Standard Shipping: The fee will be calculated at checkout based on the weight and size of your order and your delivery address.
Express Shipping: Available at an additional cost. The price will be shown at checkout.

Processing Time
In-stock items: Orders placed before 2 PM (China time) are processed and shipped the same business day. Orders placed after 2 PM (China time) will be processed and shipped the following business day.
Backordered items: If an item is not in stock, we will notify you with an estimated delivery date. You will have the option to wait for the item or cancel the order.
